Shipping Policy

At DASHBLIND, we’re dedicated to ensuring that your electric bikes and accessories are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Every order is handled with care — from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Once processed, your order will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time within the United States is 4–6 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can check real-time updates through our Track Your Order page.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the U.S.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or by visiting our Track Your Order page.
If you have any issues or delays, our customer support team is ready to assist.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your product or a replacement as quickly as possible.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped. Please contact support@dashblind.com for assistance.
