1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process easy and convenient.
3. No Restocking Fees
Unlike many retailers, DASHBLIND does not charge any restocking fees. We believe that returning or exchanging a product should be simple, transparent, and fair.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

5. Refunds Process

6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Simply contact us within the 30-day window, and we’ll issue a prepaid shipping label for the exchange.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
